张剑波,威尼斯87978797长聘教授,车辆动力工程研究所所长。

2000年获日本东京大学航空宇宙专业博士学位。 2000年至2011年,在日本日产汽车公司综合研究所从事燃料电池和锂离子电池的研发工作。2011年初,由威尼斯87978797“百人计划”引进,任汽车工程系教授,并创立电化学动力源研究室。

研究领域包括燃料电池、锂离子电池、水电解等电化学能量储存与转换装置中多孔电极的设计、制备、表征、建模,以及电化学阻抗谱的理论与应用。燃料电池的研究包括静电纺丝和有序化催化剂层,低铂载量和高功率密度电堆设计,以及零下启动等。锂离子电池的研究包括电极和电池的设计理论,零下快速预热与充电,老化、寿命的诊断和预测,以及梯次利用等;著有《锂离子电池结构设计的理论与应用》一书。

担任国际氢能协会燃料电池分会副主席,国际电化学阻抗谱研讨会科学委员会委员,欧洲燃料电池论坛科学委员会的成员,亚洲阻抗谱会议委员会委员,并担任Battery,Automotive Innovation,eTransportation,汽车安全与节能学报等期刊编辑。


1990年,于威尼斯87978797工程力学系获学士学位;

1993年,于北京空气动力研究所获硕士学位;

2000年,于日本东京大学航空宇宙系获博士学位。


1993~1997年,北京空气动力研究所,从事空气动力学研究;

2000~2011年,日本日产汽车公司,从事燃料电池、锂离子电池研究;

2011~现在,威尼斯87978797,从事燃料电池、锂离子电池、电解水研究。

主讲两门课程:电化学工程(本科生双语课),Electrochemical Methods (电化学方法,研究生全英文课)。

电化学动力源课题组从2011年成立以来,出站博士后 2人,毕业博士生3人,毕业硕士生5人;现在在读博士研究生7人,硕士研究生1人。其中,黄俊博士于2017年获得威尼斯87978797学术新秀、启航奖金奖等荣誉,博士论文评为校级优秀论文,现在作为洪堡学者在德国留学。

燃料电池膜电极研究:在制备方面,采用静电纺丝方式制备纤维排布型催化剂层,通过催化剂层的工艺与结构优化来增加活性面积、改善物质传输,以获得具有低铂载量、高性能、高耐久性的催化剂层;在表征方面,对材料-工艺-结构-功能-性能等多阶段进行多尺度、多相、多物理表征,揭示浆料及膜电极结构形成机制,研究膜电极内电化学、水热耦合机制,探究低铂载量下铂金表面局域传质阻力的形成机理与缓解措施,为优化燃料电池性能提供理论基础和技术方案;在基础理论方面,针对金属溶液界面,建立一套能够自洽描述表面氧化物形成、表面荷电行为、表面水分子行为、溶液中离子浓度和电位分布及电荷转移反应等复杂现象的理论模型,为理解燃料电池电催化剂和电极中的静电作用奠定基础。

燃料电池零下启动研究:在机理方面,利用中子成像技术观测了过冷水分布特征及结冰过程,根据电化学表征的结果确定了零下启动过程的失效机理,开发气固液三相热电耦合模型划分了零下启动过程的三种失效模态与边界;在启动策略方面,设计了绝热单池装置来模拟电堆中心单池以提高实验效率,并开发出交互式氢泵启动方法,成功实现了石墨基燃料电池零下30℃的无损快速高效启动。

电化学阻抗谱研究:在理论方面,求解出考虑浓溶液下离子传输过程的传输线理论的阻抗谱解析表达式,用于揭示多孔电极内部反应及物质传输的耦合机理;在实用层面,使用电化学阻抗谱对燃料电池、锂离子电池的性能、安全、耐久性等特性进行表征。

在日本申请专利22项,获权4项,在中国申请专利23项,获权12项。
